Will I be able to update the site later?
Yes. If something needs changing, just get in touch. Small updates like wording, testimonials, prices, or images can be handled on a pay-as-you-go basis, or covered by the monthly ongoing support add-on if you would rather not think about it at all.
Why not just use WordPress?
Most tutors do not need WordPress. It comes with a dashboard, plugins, updates, security patches, and settings that take time to learn and maintain. The system I build is fast, clean, and requires no ongoing management on your part. You focus on tutoring. I handle everything technical.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The core system is a one-off payment of £997. There are no recurring fees attached to it. The optional support plans — Care Plan at £49/month or Growth Support at £79/month — can be taken up, paused, or cancelled at any time. If you do not need ongoing support, you will not be charged for it.
What do the support plans include?
The Care Plan covers small updates — wording changes, new testimonials, image swaps, price updates — and includes a simple quarterly report showing how many people visited your site, where they came from, and whether they are taking the next step. Growth Support includes everything in the Care Plan, plus a monthly report and a short note with observations and suggestions based on how visitors are using the site. Neither plan requires you to do anything — I handle all of it and send you the report when it is ready.
What does the report actually show?
It is a short, readable summary — not a wall of numbers. It shows how many people visited your site, which pages they looked at, where they came from (Google search, direct visits, social media, and so on), and whether visitors are clicking through to get in touch or book. The aim is to give you a clear picture of whether things are going in the right direction, without technical jargon. Reports come with the Care Plan (quarterly) and Growth Support (monthly).
