Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The whole point is to make your online presence simpler, not give you another technical job. I handle the setup, explain things clearly, and give you simple editing access for the routine updates you may want to make yourself.
Will I own the site?
Yes. Your domain, content, and website files are yours. The site itself is standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, so you're not locked into a proprietary website builder or forced monthly retainer. If you ever move away, I can hand over the files, domain and DNS notes, hosting notes, and the third-party service list.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. Every site includes 30 days of support after launch plus a simple admin page for routine updates. Ongoing support is optional, and only there if you want a more hands-off setup with analytics.
How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within 2–3 weeks of our first call. The timeline mainly depends on how quickly we can gather the information, testimonials, and any existing materials you want to use.
What if I already have a website?
Yes, if you're happy to replace it with a new build. I don't offer WordPress fixes, maintenance, or piecemeal edits to existing sites. My process works best when I can build something clean, focused, and tailored to your business from scratch.
Do I need a logo first?
No. A simple typographic wordmark can be included, and there's an optional £99 custom logo add-on if you want something more polished. Not having a finished logo shouldn't stop you getting the website itself sorted.
